Handling administration related to HR documents
Handling attendance system daily and make report monthly
Handling General GA
Conduct or Support recruitment process (psychotest, interview, form interview)
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal database
Prepare HR documents
Answer employees queries about HR- Related issues
Assist Payroll by providing relevant employee information (e. g leaves of absence, sick days ans work schedules)
Participates in HR projects
