Organize a wide-ranging of HR function
Handle personnel administration including: attendance, rules and regulations, employee database, administration mutation, promotion and demotion of employee.
Conducting coaching employees, especially in dicipline and work ethic
Responsible for recruitment process and manpower planning
Deliver and develop training program based on Training Need Analysis
Ability in people development specifically coaching and mentoring
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specialized in recruitment.
Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
Having deep knowledge in HR system for Organization Development
Strong leadership and commitment
Strong administration, negoitation and time management skill.
Placement in Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali.
