Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Nurture a positive working environment

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
Strong knowledge about industrial relation, people development and recruitment.
Able to communicate in English Language (verbal and written).
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and worked for 10 years in HR
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Understanding the labor law
Understanding payroll calculation, BPJS and pph21
Experienced in head hunting agencies is preferred
Experienced using HRIS
Experience in performance assessment
Able to start join within short notice
