Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Monitor employee performance and attendance activities.
Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc.
Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement.
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Perform other related duties as required.

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, from reputable university.
At least 3 years of working experience at EPC Contractor is a must.
Experience in handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment.
Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Human Resources.
Willing to be assigned anytime at Project Site (across Indonesia) if needed.
