Involve and support Talent Managers in Annual Talent Review process
Involve and support Talent Managers in deploying and monitor Post Talent Review Action Plan
Collect, manage, interpret and analyze talents big data
Along with Talent Managers, partners effectively with HRBP and stakeholder to leverage talent and learning management systems, to ensure successful development programs and initiatives, and to ensure related communication and instructional materials are distributed in a timely way to support development objectives
Conduct research on talent development best practices to support continuous improvement and collaborate with the team to make recommendation
Persyaratan
Bachelor degree in related area
Prefers to have experience in HR related area at least 2 years
Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem solving skill
Excellent in managing big data & other Microsoft related program (e.g Excel, PPT)
Strong capability in excel and managing data
Passionate in people development & handling multiple projects
Quick to learn and adapt in challenging situation
Be a great collaborator
