Human Capital Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage Recruitment and selection process and identify Manpower Needs.
Maintain employee database and record to be accurate and updated.
Monitor and update the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and its Implementation.
Monitor the employee contract agreement.
Maintain Industrial Relation and employee communication.
Manage good relationship with Educational & Governmental institution.
Compensation & Benefit (such as: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Health Insurance & Payroll.
Ensure Legal compliance of Human Capital Department.
Manage documentation of expatriate permit.

Persyaratan

Bachelor Degree, majoring in Psychology/Management/Law/Economic.
GPA min 3.00.
Male or Female, Max 28 years old.
Min. 3 years of professional experience.
Excellent command of written and spoken in English.
Depth Understanding of HR Knowledge and Labor Law.
Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiar with recruitment tools.
Having HR Credentials from the HR Certification Institute (will be advantage).
