Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provide administrative support for sales team such as handling Invoices, Purchasing Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Vendor Procurement, etc.
Organizing all the files needed for the process of selling
Provide a point of contact for customers with request & queries about orders/deliveries
Checking prices and contracts are up to date
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Persyaratan
Single, max. 28 years old
Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any major min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
At Least 1 Year of working experience as IT Project Administrator
Excellent administrative skills: reporting, taking minutes, preparing documents, tracking & submit a project, etc
Familiar with LPSE online site (government procurement site) and experience in handling administrative duties for a government or non-government project
Good command of English is required (both oral and written)
Proficient skills in Ms. Office
Strong management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong & effective interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under minimum supervision
