Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
Interviewing applicants
Administering pre-employment tests
Assisting with completing background investigations
Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
HR Development
Conducting training sessions
Administering on-the-job training programs
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
Organization Development
Analyzing job duties
Writing job descriptions
Performing job evaluations and job analyses
Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
Support the implementation of Performance Management

Persyaratan

Minimal Master degree in Psychology or MM/MBA in Human Resources
3 years working experiences in HR
Having experiences in recruitment, Training and Organizational Development
Able to conduct assessment psychology and familiar with assessment tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good public speaking skill and able to conduct inhouse training
Good communication skill in English (speaking and written)
