Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy;
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc;
Source and recruit candidates by using job portal, databases, social media, etc;
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office;
Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested;
Fully utilizes Human Resources software to the company's advantage (absence, annual leave, medical claim and register new employee);
Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsels managers on employment issues.
Persyaratan
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years experience in related field (experience as tech recruiter will be advantage);
Maximum 32 years old;
Fluent in english is a must;
Passionate in tech and people;
Meticulous with data and administrative task;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment.
