Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for assigned contracts and/or contract portfolio (primarily low risk/low value contracts).
Provide expertise in all phases of contracting including supplier qualification (SQ), Contract Compensation & Enablement (CCE), Contract Formulation (CF), and Post Award Contract Management (PACM).
This includes developing scopes of work, identifying contracting strategy, identifying viable/suitable potential service providers, eProcurement tools expertise, bid evaluation, claims mitigation, working closely with Legal team to ensure compliance of contract execution and contract management.
Ensure process compliance with both company policy and PTK 007.
Advise and coach contract owners regarding responsibilities and avoidance to contract oversight.
Persyaratan
Minimum bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75 in all education background. Master degree is an advantage.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in oil and gas industry, with 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skill verbally and in writing, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
Certified PTK 007 is a must.
