Support Senior Managers with daily clerical tasks
Plan meetings & take detailed minutes
Schedule appointments and update calendar
Make travel arrangements and reservations for Senior Managers
Compose & type marketing related and formal correspondence
Develop and maintain a filing system
Create spreadsheets and presentations
Provide statistical and budget reports

Max 26 years old
Education background min Diploma degree
Proven work experience at least 2 years as a senior/virtual/executive administrative asssistant
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
Expert with MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa dan English
Strong organizational and time-management skills
