Being responsible do HR Database of talent resourcing.
Maintaining co-workers daily attendance, shift schedule and working hours database system including annual leave and sick leave recap.
Ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality of the documents.
Doing HR administrative task including issuing reference letter.
Being responsible in database analysis on supporting equipment from HR such as uniform and safety shoes for co-workers include maintain the stock limit.
Assist HR Store Lead/ Specialist and support any other different functions when needed.
