Plan, develop, and monitoring implementation of overall HRD strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures based on short term and long term strategy across organization to achieve the maximum HRD performance, capability, and competency based on company's need.
Control and monitor HR function such as Recruitment process, Training and Development, Personnel, Relation and General Affair activities.
Direct, control, and monitor the people development strategies and implementation on the training and development program, including training needs identification, training process, and training evaluation to ensure each employee's capability target are achieved.
Manage and monitor recruitment and selection process to ensure the needs conforms with Requirements and qualifications from user.
Develop performance management system. Manage and coordinate performance management cycle from planning, mentoring, and performance appraisal to ensure performance target of individual, department and companys are achieved.
Bridge management and employee relations by addresing demands, grievances or other issues and communicate it with departement managers, then provide guidance/support as required.
