Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Manage and update internal HR databases and employment information in HRIS Hibob;
Update and remove company BPJS data;
Update and follow up employee annual review form;
Calculate and update employee time off in Hibob regularly;
Contributing in organizing company events and various HR projects;
Provide analysis & research report on various HR project;
Screening market view for salary benchmark from HR job boards;
Inputting employee's birthday and work-anniversary to Creative Team's Quire for poster making & to their colleague and DRI;
Helping culture activities in Niagahoster with arranging schedule and looking for speakers for the event and collecting event's feedback;
Update employee detail information in order to support Office Operation and Employee Engagement projects

Persyaratan

Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting (College students are encouraged to apply);
Experience and passion in HR-related field;
Strong working proficiency in google workspace tools (docs, sheets, slides)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Organizational and management skills;
Fast learner with great task management skill
Proficient in English.
