Planning manpower requirements in accordance with organizational developments
Handling career development strategies, problems related to employees and others
Controlling and performing corporate legal functions
Overcoming underperfomances of employees
Evaluating employee performance

Persyaratan

Minimum education of S1 Law
Age of 25-35 years
Have experience in HRD for at least 2 years
Have a leadership spirit, able to think analytically and thoroughly
Have good communication
Understand HRD systems and procedures
