Lowongan Kerja HRIS Specialist PT. Carsome Indonesia
Planning and control of all activities and the development of HRIS systems (Unit4 - Prosoft)
Manage the development, business process and system design enhancement of HRIS system
Keeping up to date information in HRIS and act as a contact point matters relating to employee attendance, leave, sick leave, and other terms of the employment
Support the daily activities of HR Division particularly with respect to the HR administration including updating employee data, the implementation of performance appraisal and competency matrix, and other activities
Interacts with all levels of the organization as well as external vendors and service providers, including partner with Information Technology solution group to enhance and apply new corporate applications and tools to the HR functional areas of Compensation, Performance Management, etc.
