HR Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervise the general activities of the HR Team
Ensure recruitment and personnel administration by candidates sourcing, recruit, cooperate with line managers to schedule the interview and selection candidates to get the right person for all vacancies in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately
Provide support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion, and offboarding)
Provides input to managers in regard to potential enhancements to current personnel practices; assists in the evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals; recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Supervisory ability to drive the organization’s HR
High integrity and honesty in all dealings
Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Project management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experienced in the digital industry is a plus
Familiar with the modern recruitment process
Familiar with ATS and Job Portal processing
Comfortable working in a high paced environment
Experienced in HR matters such as BPJS, working agreement, attendance, IR, C&B, people development
Good command of English (written and speaking)
Agree to work at the office (with health protocol)
Attitude "can do” and self-motivated.
