Have deep knowledge in the recruitment process
Have deep knowledge of psychology and testing tools
Understand how to use testing tools and how to interpret it.
Able to dig out candidate personality and traits, multitasking, organized, and able to work either with team and individually.
Reporting to the HR Manager, but still have to be able to communicate with the rest of the team well.
Creative in Recruitment Strategy or Method. Build relationships with schools, universities, in order to get fresh graduates with strong potential.
