Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for analyzing, creating, managing, and ensuring HR strategies are implemented to achieve company goals.
Responsible for increasing engagement & awareness between employees and externals through a people & culture strategy that is implemented on an ongoing basis to improve corporate communication and employer branding
Responsible for the formulation, negotiation, and addendum of PKB in accordance with existing regulations and provisions
Serve as link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administrating contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
Build and maintain manpower plans to support the stakeholders in terms of employee fulfillment and succession planning for the sustainability of the company's business operational.
Manage employee relations to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances or disputes; maintain a productive and harmonious workplace; advise managers to ensure that manager - employee relationships in the organization comply with relevant Company Regulations
Persyaratan
Bachelor Degree major in HR or Psychology
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and a manager position of at least 3 years
Experience in leading a People Operation or Human Resources team
Effective Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practise
Competence to build and effectively manage Interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company
Knowledge of trend HR systems and databases
People oriented and attention to detail
Having a positive attitude and thinking
Able to handle stress and still organize under high pressure
Have a good level of leadership
Agility in action and combining with a smart communication
Having a sense of business
