HR Compliance Specialist

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan and develop HR Compliance strategy, policy, and procedure across business unit and countries in coordination with Legal Team to mitigate risk.
Responsible to ensure Company adherence to prevailing Manpower Laws and provide advice for Company to comply.
Conduct HR Compliance audit, prepare a plan to fulfill all the gap related to HR Compliance and ensure its implementation across business unit and countries.
Identify HR Compliance issues and develop a plan for the required follow-up and investigation.
Maintain and record HR Compliance activities.
Being representative the Company in discussions and meetings with government agencies.
Maintain and manage all HR Legal documentation such as Employee Agreement, NDA, and other agreements to ensure its alignment to Manpower Law in coordination with HR and Legal Team.

Persyaratan

Has deep knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in HR.
Strong analytical thinking, planner, customer focus, and drive to result.
Proficiency in English speaking & writing Strong writing skills with the ability to create policy and procedure materials.
High attention to details and accuracy
