Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Conducting all process of calculating and controlling monthly Labor Cost
Managing all employee expenses related benefit such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS etc.
Managing the employee agreement including all related document and controlling employee contract
Maintain issues related to payroll and compensation benefit and able to communicate properly to employee
Maintain good communication and coordination with the third parties such us hospital, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Outcourcing etc.
Persyaratan
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
Having good understanding in implement PPH 21
Having advance skill in operating Microsoft excel is a must
Fresh Graduate are very welcome to apply
Having Brevet A&B is advantages
Initiative, and able to work with less supervision
High attention to detail
