2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce and other performance marketing platform such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channel
2+ years of experience in an online high-volume e-commerce environment
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
The ability to think creatively and work as a team and independently
Minimum of 1-year proven experience in digital agency, marketing agency, or e-commerce would be a plus
