Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Mail invoices to clients on a monthly basis
manage days outstanding invoices
Maintain and record all billing transactions
Perform other duties in support of accounting activities as needed
Manage dan process daily and monthly payment by scheduled
Persyaratan
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related subject, or at least 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
Well-organized and initiative person
Familiar with a variety of general accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Have time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to prioritize tasks, learn new concepts, and absorb information quickly
Able to think outside the box and implement new and efficient procedures
Able to work both in team and individual
