Oversee and review finance and accounting matters in our Indonesia office
Lead and manage the finance team
Provide accurate financial reports and interpret financial information to senior management
Analyse budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to recommend further courses of action to senior management
Develop and manage budget for various business units
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
Liaise with other departments and teams in relation to accounting and budget matters
Look into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls
Improve cash flow management and allocation
