Checking and controlling Project budget and expenditure reports
Analysis of Expenditures regularly
Developing accurate accounting, financial and taxation reports in various purpose related
Able to conduct daily accounting, financial and tax work related operation of the Company
Able to provide analysis of financial and taxation data for decision making.
Able to prepare and develop all taxes planning, tax audit and tax returns
Responsible to support independent audit process
Developing efficient, clear and effective SOP for finance and accounting operational organization.
Producing consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software
Able to perform billing works to Clients.
Experience in fixed asset management system
Able to develop and or implement efficient, clear and effective SOP to support financial operation work.
Produce consistent and regular reports/database using Microsoft software for monitoring
Able to manage priority of working target on timely basis

Persyaratan

Minimum S1 Majoring in Accounting (preferably Binus, Atmajaya, UPH, Untar, Trisakti, other reputable universities)
Maximum 40 years old
Minimum 6 years experience in same position
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed
Initiative, self-driven, proactive and dynamic person
Strong leadership to develop and manage solid teamwork
Direct and supervise effectively
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced excel skills and other accounting programs
Strong knowledge and experience to conduct daily Accounting, Finance and Tax work process.
Fluent in English passive and active (oral & in writing)
Familiar with Chinese Language
