Senior Tax Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage all accounting processes and taxation obligations
Lead the monthly closing process of the company/group
Review all the monthly reconciliations (AP, AR, Asset register, Intercompany, Accruals, etc)
Prepare and submit financial statements of the company/group consolidation
Coordinate and control the planning, payment and reporting of tax obligations accurate, timely and according to the regulation
Update on the latest tax rules and impact to the company/group
Review all monthly tax calculation (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2), Tax article 25/29, VAT etc).
Review the reconciliation Tax from General Ledger purposed for audit
Review and filling the tax return to the tax office.
Review existing and new vendor and partner taxes and propose calculation or correction if any
Perform tax planning
Work closely with vendors and partners to obtain information regarding tax deductions or tax allowances
Coordinate paperwork for tax payments and returns

Persyaratan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting from reputable local University or overseas, with minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent
Have at least 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably from a financial services company
Preferably from Tax Consultant Firm or Public Accountant Firm
Preferably below 30 years old
Brevet A,B,C / tax license / CPA is a plus
Should be capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting established goals & objectives within the specific & tight deadline
Multitasking, team player, analysis skills & detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in dealing with people at all professional levels
Familiarity with MS Office application (Excel, Word, and Power Point) is essential.
Strong attention to detail with analytical and time management skills
