Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
Provide analytical review to support variance for expense account on timely manner
Prepare finalized workbook on timely manner
Record expenses, accruals, prepayments
Maintain fixed assets module, including depreciation
Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis, account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and balancing inter-company accounts
Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial misstatement or financial exposure
Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need, such as monthly TB, and listing, etc.
Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed
