Direct report to the Country CEO in Indonesia, with functional reporting to Group CFO at Global HQ in Singapore
Provides strategic leadership in achieving business goals and ensures compliance with all applicable legislation and reporting requirements at Group level
Responsible for the efficient and effective running of day-to-day operations of finance and compliance business units serving the local and regional business needs, including financial reporting, tax reporting, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management
Manages and coordinates the implementation of integration projects, policies, and events, including time management and financial reporting to Global HQ and key stakeholders
Contributes commercial, financial and strategic insight to local and global senior management teams
Liaise with other relevant stakeholders, authorities and relevant parties
Promote staff development through supervision, coaching, and training
