Budget Controller Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Check and validate realization vs SKP to ensure alignment with our approved SKP.
Check supporting document related claim SKP (SKP approved, data sell out, period promotion) from the customer.
Check remaining deposit consumer promo from customer.
Check SKP approval whether it is in accordance with the approval matrix
Check the SKP according to budget allocation (by amount, by branch, by account, by period, and by brand)
Validate the tax invoice from the invoice.
Request receipts for withholding transactions from customers
Coordinate with GT/MT(internal and external) team to verification claim data related.
Create report budget vs actual related to SKP (by amount, by branch, by account, by period, and by brand).
Coordinate with TM (trade marketing) and branch team to review or check SKP approved.

Persyaratan

Bachelor Degree in Economic/Accounting/any equivalent with minimum GPA 3.30
Working experience in budget control department for 1-2 years from FMCG and Distribution companies are preferable
Good computer skills, particularly with Ms. Excel and calculation software
High attention to details and good communication skills
Good in problem-solving skills and analytical skills
