Lead the Customer Operations Support team including Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management and Knowledge Management Specialist
Set strategic direction and define key initiatives to build best in class support team
Manage day-to-day operations with the help from Team Leads and Supervisors
Run quantitative and qualitative assessment on customer experience reports and insights
Coach and develop people to drive towards high performance culture
Persyaratan
Holds bachelor degree
More than 5 years of working experience in related role
Strong leadership skills and a good team player
Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills
Able to communicate in English
