Leading or supervising a team of Call Centre staff
Create and Improve Customer Service Operational System, Policies and standards for customer service department
Supervise, mentor and train customer service staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
Conduct staff recruitment and appraisals
Coordinate, Communicate with all other related department for service improvements.
Handle and resolve customer complaints. Make decisions on refunds or any other compensations to customer.
Write reports, analyse statistic or other data as a measurement to determine level of customer service.
Long term planning, to achieve company's vision in customer service excellence.
