Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries
Track and log information in the system
Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status answering questions
Freight forwarding functions such as booking, issuing Delivery Orders, etc
Arranges shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time dispatches to carriers
Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
Calculate and communicate accurate transit times
Assist with the placement of orders
Enter data into system for invoicing
Receive orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, and enter orders into the system
Persyaratan
Excellent english both written and oral
Bachelor degree in any discipline, 1-2 years of experience
Familiar with numbers and office application
Age max 25 years old
Responsible, hardworking, highly motivated and self confident
Good interpersonal & communications skills
Good health
Able to speak several languages, like: japanese, Mandarin, etc would be a high advantage
Able to work independently or in a team
Can work underpressure
Able to plan, multi - task, and manage time effectively
