Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Handling All Channel incoming contact (Voice, email & Chat) from customer
Maintain customer's financial account and processing all customer's request/inquiries and complaint
Handle complaint, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within limits and follow up to ensure solution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account and file documents
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
Creates and maintain service reports
Persyaratan
Minimal 6 month Experience in contact center
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and Call management system
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Able & willing to work under pressure and do multitasking
Willing to work in shift schedule
Max 35 years old
Preferably experince in Banking, Fintech, Telecomunication or eCommerce call center
