Handling the onboarding process for all products (Membership, SEO, SEM, SSL, Smartermail, etc.)
Handling the process of adoption and maintaining client membership
Ensuring client membership guarantees are met
Perform regular communication every month with SEO & SEM clients
Handling incoming & detecting client issues to completion
Incoming phone handle
Training in House
Make a daily report
Persyaratan
Minimum diploma degree any major with minimum GPA of 3.00
Minimum 1 year experience in customer services and interaction
Max 27 years old
Neat and clean appearance
Having good communication and problem solving skills
Computer literate
Ability to work in team and under pressure
