- Provide help desk support to Web Hosting users through conversations (live chat and phone); - Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities; Follow up with customers to resolve their technical issues;
- Gather customer feedback and share with internal team (Product, Acquisition, Reputation Management, Finance, etc.);
- Assist the Server Admin to monitor server performance; Response and check abuse of service (spam/ phishing).
