Deskripsi Pekerjaan
-Manages a team of assigned customer service representatives and ensures they comply with company guidelines and OJK compliance, particularly related to quality of service.
- Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to the Director of Customer Service or other appropriate staff.
- Divvy up the tasks to team members tracking progress, monitoring team members' tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries, make weekly and monthly reports.
- Arrange the Team member Schedule and doing calculate KPI bonus team member monthly.
