Roles
As Customer Support Specialist at DomaiNesia, you are responsible to provide guidance in solving customers' issues and deliver clear information about our product.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone, support ticket, and online chat requests as well as comfortable in face to face interaction;
Assist customer to solve their issues;
Provide clear information to customer's query;
Maintain a friendly environment, and also can address customer's complaint gracefully.
