Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Create and implement standard operational procedures for Customer Care
• Train, coach and manage the customer services team
• Assist in the set-up of a new call center of the highest standards
• Maintain friendly, efficient and professional customer services at all times
• Build knowledge and understanding of products and company policies
• Staff recruitment , development and appraisals programs
• Set up and maintain member loyalty program
Persyaratan
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management / Marketing / Communication /Engineer
• Min 3 years experience in the same field.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Excellent training skills for customer services related material
• A genuine interest in working with and helping customers
• Excellent team player with strong motivational and listening skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and web-based applications
• Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy
