Responsible for E-commerce customer service/call center
Handling incoming customer service calls, emails, and chat
Processing orders, returns, and refunds
Tracking dropship orders to customers and verifies delivery
Preparing customer service reporting logs to improve customer experience
Persyaratan
Diploma Degree/Bachelor's Degree in any field
Proven experience min. 2 years as call center/customer service
Experience handling complaint
Strong knowledge in live chat software, email, CRM/Call Center software
Computer literate and have interest in administrative task
Willing to work in shift time schedule
