Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Leading team of outsourced and in-house merchant-facing and buyer-facing agents handling Tokopedia Fulfillment-related tasks and issues
Developing targets, processes and structure for the agents and resolutions team
Developing and implementing the most effective service strategy for merchants and buyers alike
Compiling issue insights and provide recommendations regarding our operational, product and service improvements going forward
Resolving day-to-day issues and complaints and escalating wider issues to relevant parties
Persyaratan
Bachelor degree with 3-5 years experience in resolution, complaints handling, customer service
Exposure and passion towards e-commerce industry
Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
Possess excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions
Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles
