Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Provides support to customers professionaly across all channels (call, email, chat. whatsapp, social media and others)
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Delivers excellent service to customers in order to meet the standard of quality requirements
Maintain ownership of tickets throughout the lifecycle of the customer's request, including follow up with other departments
Persyaratan
• Minimum Diploma Degree from all majors
• Having minimum 1 year experience as call center agent, costumer support, etc.
• Strong communication skill in both verbal and written
• Great active listening skill
• Have english communication skill will be advantages
• Possess ability to stay calm when customers are stressed, upset or not in good mood.
