Monitoring Customer Service and ensure they are doing well with the SOP
Conducting tests at different stages of handling complaint, from the first holding case until finishing the case
Reporting any defects or problems to senior staff
Persyaratan
Placement in Sahid Sudirman Center, Jakarta Pusat
Minimum 1 years experience as Customer Service in Fintech/Banking, fresh graduate is welcome
Hold Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Willing to learn and have high self-development
Can work under target and pressure
Have good personality, and can work in team
