Identify problems based on the product vision / requirements and come up with delightful design solutions & deliverables.
Conduct design process best practices across projects such as gathering insights, validating problems & solutions, delivering multiple fidelity levels of design, and ensure the final design is implemented properly on production.
Ensure proper design documentation on every project, following the standards in Tokopedia.
Showcase product design works for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with multiple counterparts, especially product managers to improve existing product experience or innovating new product features.
Collaborate with researchers in order to gather user insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions.
Collaborate with UX Writers to ensure copywriting and content quality to follow Tokopedia guidelines.
Collaborate with Interaction Designers (Design System team) to ensure the implementation of proper design components and patterns.
