Generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from the creative group lead and/or other departments.

Work with other creative and brand teams on concept development for ongoing and seasonal campaigns

Effectively plan and accurately execute approved creative ideas

Aware with creative hygiene of creative work e.g. fonts, sizes, reproduction, finishing

Always up to date with design trends in our outside industries and think creative

Persyaratan

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the advertising/design industry

Able to work independently as well as teamwork with partners

Having interest (and good taste) in art is a nice addition

Required Skills Adobe Creative (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or affinity

Strong eye for color and layout skills.

Great attention to details

Good communication and willingness to learn

Ready to work in startup company/environment (fast pace)

Good in teamwork and managing workload
