Review and draft contract, agreement, and other documents to ensure the compliance with all statutory or legal; requirements and internal procedure
Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action
Keeping up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approvals
Handle and provide corporate licenses and permits
Understand the right workflow to successfully process and obtain legal license from local government permits for any project
Build relationship with local government authorities and relevant entities to facilitate efficient communication both internally and externally
Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely and in order
