Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree majoring in law from reputable university, post graduate are welcome.
Minimum GPA 3.00 from 4 scale, for S1 degree.
Has graduated and / or doesn’t have planning to continue the study in the next 3 years.
Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in the same / related field will be an advantage for this position.
Preferably specializing in Corporate Law field, and must have background working experience in
Have a good capabilities in contract drafting, legal analysis; due diligent, and also legal handling matter.
Not suitable for banking/HR/notary specialty background.
Excellent in both English, computer literacy, and have high concern to detail.
Proactive, good in reporting and time management skill.
Able to work both individual or as a team.
Pleasant personality, persistent, and have a good interpersonal; communication skill.
