Handling legal permits such as NIB, IMB, PBB, NPWP and more
Preferably having experience import permits
Cooperate with government institutions: Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy Natural Resources & Mineral Coal, BPTSP DKI, PTSP Jakarta South, East, West and North and more
Representing or Managing the representation of the company in
legal proceedings, government institution (BKPM, Walikota)
Ensuring that all hard and soft copy documents well-arranged and searchable
Ensuring that all information are up to date and ongoing basis
Responsible in trademark prosecution including new filling application,
trademark renewal and trademark assignment
Responsible in patent prosecution, including new filing application,
prepare response substantive office action and patent annuities
Responsible in copyright and design prosecution work
Responsible for Administration IP works; Filling documents, maintain database,
monitoring IP deadlines and send reminder to client
Coordinate with all departments to ensure all parts of legal documentations of
company registration activities
