Lowongan Kerja LEGAL Officer PT. Scuto Indonesia
Responsible for all Legal Aspect of the companies and ensuring compliance with all regulation;
Review and provide legal advice on Legal documents;
To ensure all company license are up to date and handling renewal of the license;
Review ongoing legal issues and advice management accordingly;
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken;
Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management;
Review and draft contracts, agreements and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements;
Review progress of outstanding legal issues and liaise with and manage external lawyers;
Manage and monitor company legal documentation.
