Lowongan Kerja PROPERTY CONSULTANT PT. Horizon Internusa Persada
Responsible for all Building Management requirements due to check in process.
Filling data customer registration to Building management (identity reporting).
Assists the guests to get loading permissions.
Assists the guests to get parking permissions.
Collecting water and electricity’s data (cut off from BM).
Proccess Check-In and Check-Out monthly yearly booking.
Explain and ensure that the guests understood the whole of contract, then asking them for signing.
Checking and checklist the inventories list.
Assist potential customers for showing unit (monthly and yearly basis).
