Build and optimize networking with third parties in order to maximize any opportunities


Manage and develop alfa talents
Create content for artists personal branding
Ensure artists riders and requirement are being met by clients
Ensure smooth and efficients alfa talent management operational, includes:
Booking & scheduling
Technical & hospitality riders
Artists liaison
Networking with third parties
Negotiate with clients on artists behalf on fee and deliverables
Manage paperwork necessary with both client and alfa talents team
Ensure all deliverables are within scope of work
Generate revenue by delivering the job to the clients
